We want our customers to be happy and strive to provide quality products at reasonable prices.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is damaged, let us know within 14 days of your order and we will give you a "Return Authorization Number".
Our warehouse cannot accept returned packages not having a “Return Authorization Number”.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. They are not refundable.
Returned merchandise must be received in its original condition.
Include a copy of your invoice with your return plus directions for an exchange, credit or refund. You will be charged for the postage and a restocking fee of 15% of your order.
We suggest you use insured First Class mail, UPS or FedEx for your return.
